Oeko-TEX certified fabric
This blog is more so just to reassure you about the sustainability of the fabrics we used. For those who don't know what Oeko-TEX certified means... This is the description as detailed by Oeko-TEX:
"STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is one of the world's best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances. It stands for customer confidence and high product safety. If a textile article carries the STANDARD 100 label, you can be certain that every component of this article, i.e. every thread, button and other accessories, has been tested for harmful substances and that the article therefore is harmless for human health."
Our manufacture has received their certificate to show that they have passed this standard. This is great to help reassure that the fabric we use is safe and sustainable.
This was a question that was recently asked to us by a few people. We thought it best to make a blog to announce that our manufacture does indeed have the certificate. To be honest, we were not completely aware what this certificate was until recently. That's why we try to connect with you, our community, as much as possible so that we can do the best job in being as sustainable as possible.
With that being said, please reach out to us anytime you have suggestions or concerns so that we can continue to adapt and be the best we can be.
As always, thanks for reading!
